EEHA to Cert IV in Hazardous Areas – Upgrade
Course Description
Do you hold the EEHA Skill Set (Statement of Attainment) and want to upgrade to the full UEE42622 – Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas – Electrical qualification? Upgrade is available to students nation wide. It is a Qualification where Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Areas (EEHA) is a skill set of competencies (from the UEE42622 unit offering), with an extra four units of competency are added which we call Gap Training to upgrade you to achieve the new qualification.
The upgrade course is for those students who have completed the EEHA component (from the UEE42622 unit offering) within the past 2-3 years and want to upgrade their Statement of Attainment to the UEE42622 Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas – Electrical qualification.
UEE42620 Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas – Electrical is the qualification that can be achieved by completing the following:
→ Electives Units (Skill Set): Pre-selected units by Volt Edge or another Registered Training Organisation (delivered face to face) or Credit Transferred from previous study
→ Online Units: Cert IV Gap Training **
→ Credit Transfer: Core units of competency (from students Australian Unrestricted Electrical Licence)*
Course Delivery
The Certificate IV Gap Training consists of 4 units of competency that is self paced and is studied through our online learning management system.
Student who have completed the 4 gap units previously can apply for a credit transfer of all units.
*Students have a maximum of 12 months to complete their assessments from release of the course material.
