***Course only available to Unrestricted Australian Electrical Licence Holders*** Learners & Clients The EEHA 5 day course is technically a professional development program for licenced electricians to expand their skill set. How the course is delivered ☒ Face to Face ☒ Online Delivery includes a combination of face to face and online training and assessment. Over years of delivering the course, learners continually supported the blended model as they have to take unpaid time off work to attend classroom training and many will simply not do that for extended periods. Our consultation from individuals and employers, resoundingly supports the blended model. Amount of Training/Volume of Learning The Amount of Training/Volume of Learning for this program will comprise of: · 40 hours of Pre-Reading (prior to attendance of face to face training) · 45 hours of Supervised instruction/assessment including: o 30 hours of supervised theory instruction and discussions o 15 hours of supervised assessment activities (Written and Practical) · Up to 10 hours Capstone assessment (Online) including revision if required (Post face to face training) Total of approx. 95 Hrs
1 Core and 24 Elective Units Delivered in a 5 day holistic theory and assessment block with an online self-paced component before and after the face to face delivery. The core unit delivered is UEENEEM080A Report on the integrity of explosion protected equipment in a hazardous area, as it is a pre-requisite to many of the electives offered. NOTES: As per packaging rules: UEENEEG105A – Those holding an ‘Unrestricted Electricians Licence or equivalent issued in an Australian State or Territory meets the requirements of this unit and its pre-requisite requirements
*Students MUST hold an Unrestricted Australian Electrical to meet the pre-requisites for the course. If you do not meet the pre-requisites you will gain a Non Accredited Statement of Attendance
