Course Description
This unit covers development, installation and testing of programs for programmable controllers (PLC) for a system requiring discrete control functions. It encompasses working safely, applying knowledge of control systems, control system development methods, using ladder diagrams/statement list/function block diagram instruction sets, following written instructions and documenting program development and testing activities.Our unit shall be demonstrated in relation to developing, entering and verifying programs for programmable logic controllers.
