EEHA Refresher Upgrade (Live Web-based)
Course Description
This course is delivered as a refresher to students who have previously completed the Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) units and require an update to the new units of competency and review any industry changes and to refresh their knowledge for supervising selection, installation, commissioning maintenance and testing of explosion-protected equipment and systems for control and monitoring of plant and processes.
The EEHA Refresher course is for Electricians who work in hazardous areas; Coal Mine / Gas Drainage Plants / Food Processing / LNG / Timber Milling / Petrochemical Industries. It refreshes the principles of hazardous area classification, explosion-protection techniques, equipment installation requirements, inspections, and procedures for breakdowns and maintenance, with theory and practical components.
Content Delivery
Delivered over 2 days via live-web with full interaction with trainer. 1 day in our training centre is required for practical.
Live Web requirements are:

- Microsoft Word
- Use 2 monitors when attending live web courses. 2 monitors are recommended to ensure your access and view to the course material is streamlined, and your interaction throughout the course is optimal.
Outcomes
Upon successful completion, students will:
