Cert IV in Hazardous Areas (GAP)
The Certificate IV GAP Training course is designed for the Gap between EEHA and UEE42620 Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas – Electrical. The upgrade only units are not Hazardous Areas specific but are designed to take you to a supervisory level. Students wanting to enrol in this course must have completed the EEHA Component and meet the requirements of electives to be credited to enrol.
This online course is to be completed via self-paced external study.
Upon successful completion, you will be able to:
→ Complete the last of the units of competency leading up to receiving your UEE42620 Certificate IV in Hazardous Area – Electrical.
→ Implement and monitor the procedures for identifying hazards, assessing risk and controlling risks.
→ Develop an energy sector report.
→ Follow a personal competency development plan.
→ Carry out the implementation and monitoring of environmentally sustainable work management policies and procedures.
*Students have a maximum of 12 months to complete their assessments from release of the course material.
